I don't know what to say about Cheri, except that I wish she were still here. I saw her for a few years after graduation. I worked at the Port of Call and Cheri and her husband would come in. She was kind of a mess, but she was a funny, vibrant, brilliant mess.

Funny, irreverent, irrepressible. Who can forget her mouse costume act in the cafetorium? A great loss to all who knew her.

Cheri was one of my best friends at Franklin. While I think that I ususally gave the impression of a "good girl," I was often a back-up player to Cheri's antics. I remember The Santa Mouse sketch very well, including the large quantities of liquor consumed prior to the performance.

Cheri was certainly one of a kind. I attended her funeral and was so sad that she had ended her life.
